One of the loveliest (yet very wearable) pieces we’ve had in the shop. Collectible Treacy Lowe tissue-thin Indian silk dress with rich ditsy floral print and intricate border pattern along the flowy hemline and puffed sleeves. Moody burnt orange, violet and ivy palette fits right into fall, but could also work in warmer months. Timeless peasant inspired design has pin tucks all the way down and around the bodice, tiny hook closure up the back, a nipped in waist and very full diaphanous skirt. Label reads “Made in India For Treacy Lowe, London”, there is also Gump’s store label. Circa 1970s/early 1980s.
