Where to begin?! This incredibly constructed 1960s custom-made dress from the Philippines sports a dramatic silhouette in a soft cotton fabric with lemon, chartreuse and sky blue hues. Showstopping fit features exaggerated puff sleeves, squared neckline, princess seam fitted bodice, nipped in waist with jaunty bow and draped swag wrap style skirt with overlapped slit in front. Expert construction and small details throughout, including a cutaway under the sleeve for pit ventilation! I mean… what a dress. Label reads Sylvia Dress Shop of Binalonan, Pang (Phillipines), appears circa mid-1960s.
