Shifty fit has pleating from the paneled shoulder and around the waist, along with capped band sleeves, attached matching sash belt to cinch, chest pockets AND hip pockets. It’s kind of the perfect dress! The label is hard to decipher, but it looks like it says “Dany”, and is marked size 44. Appears to be circa 1980s.
