Intriguing little number. The rayon weave is fluid but very strong, and almost feels like a vintage swimsuit… but is a little mini dress. Ivory piping around the gathered bust and down the flared skirt. Detachable tie weaves through the loops in front and below the scooped back. By label Caltex “Sea Shell”, appears circa 1940s/50s.
