Vintage 60s Lilli Ann cream wool set with shift dress and double breasted jacket, both beautifully tailored. The dress has a bordered notch collar with princess seam construction and long zipper down the back. The trench inspired jacket has an epic wide notched lapel collar with gold foil covered buttons and matching wide belt to cinch. Both pieces are fully lined.
