Crisp pointed lapel with black velvet trim, three clean welt pockets, lightly puffed shoulder and nipped in waist above a gently flared hem. Then that back! Multi-paneled construction with velvet trimmed button tab and deep pleating. Beautifully made. By label Jill Jr., union tag, made in USA, circa 1970s.
