Surplice bodice sports gentle pleating from the waist, structured puff sleeves, bows on the shoulders and of course a matching belt at the nipped in waist. All above a generously flared circle skirt, with hidden inseam pockets for the win. By label Francisco, made in USA, circa 1980s.
