Flirty and flowy silhouette has cropped dolman sleeves and long ties at the deep v neckline trimmed with beads and bright blue feathers on the ends.Wide smocked waistline above an ultra full skirt with crisp crinoline style lining to give extra structure. Plus a funky pointed handkerchief hemline. Dress comes with a long removable sash belt featuring the bright ombré velvet on one side and metallic tinsel on the other.
