The graphic print features elegant ladies in dramatic hats and beautiful signage in French and English in a cool mint, poppy, white, and chocolate brown palette. A classic 1970s style with a straight stretchy cut in lightweight and slinky nylon, wear it as is with jeans or leather pants, the dramatic collar and cuffs also look really cool peeking out from under a sweater. By label Quinessa Fabric, made in Korea circa 1970s.
