Very fitted through the bust and shoulder with ties to futher cinch the empire waist and attached cuff links, it was likely a juniors style and would be best on someone under 5’7″. A great one and done look, perfect with mary janes or loafers and a long coat to lean into the academia. No labels, well made circa 1970s.
