Sheer silk Mexican novelty print scarf with folksy motifs all over, in vibrant red, yellow and blue hues. Look closely and you’ll see the gorgeous lady in a floral dress dancing, a seated man in sombrero playing guitar, various decorative clay pots and vases, cacti, a lush palm tree, a rich geometric motif in the center and so much more. Thin chiffon is hand stitched around the edges and has a versatile square shape. Fabric label. Circa 1950s/60s.
