Lots going on, from the sweetheart neckline and batwing style pleated sleeves, to the fitted ruched cuff and beaded flower art piece in the middle of the defined bust cups. All met with flocked stretchy flora velvet body to a high cut hip line. By label Madeleine, made in Italy, circa 1990s.
