Phenomenal. Funky and super seventies folk dress in a mixed of ditsy daisy floral prints, thick ric rac trim, and a variety of textures. The built-in velvet bodice laces up the front with tiny brass rings, and has a ruffled mock neck collar complemented by dramatic lantern sleeves. The whole skirt is quilted which gives it an amazing feel. From label Howard Wolf, circa 1970s.
