Such a fun summer dress! Vintage 1970s open back wrap skirt dress with a cinched high neckline, halter bib front and buttoned waistband on the mini skirt. Thin cotton in a purple and green batik pattern and cool selvedge edge hemline. Crisp and fitted but also so easy and casual and ready for a hot summer day. Best without a bra.
