Amazing deep cobalt blue leather heels with a squared off toe, blocky cutout heel, high cut vamp and bumpy texture. The material looks like ostrich leather, but may also be embossed leather, it’s hard to be 100% sure but one thing is for sure – they are amazing quality! Handmade by Rafael, circa 1990s.
